These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, games and other digital services (the "Services") operated by CAR ACCESSORY HUB LTD ("Car Accessory", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Car Accessory is an independent Android studio incorporated in England and Wales, registered at Park Works, Park Road, Dukinfield SK16 5LX. We build, distribute and monetize Android apps and games.

The Services, including their software, design, text, graphics, logos and other content, are owned by Car Accessory or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
Our apps and sites may display advertising served by third-party partners and may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
If you send us ideas, feedback, pitches or other materials — including through our contact form or by email — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that material to operate and improve our business. Please do not send us confidential information you do not want us to use.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Car Accessory will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold Car Accessory harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or to protect the Services and other users.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the revised version takes effect when posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
